Build me a local first AI coworker desktop app that helps me get real work done, not just chat.

I want to be able to open the app, connect my own model key or use a local model, and ask for things like drafting a report, preparing a customer brief, checking project status across tools, or untangling my calendar. The app should break the task into steps, use my files, terminal, and connected apps when needed, and always ask for approval before anything sensitive like sending a message, changing a calendar, or running a command.

It should support common workplace integrations like Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and similar tools, plus any MCP compatible tool. I also want scheduled automations, transcripts of what happened, and finished outputs saved as real files I can open and share.
