Build me a simple web app for sharing raw HTML through short links.

I want people to be able to upload an HTML file or paste HTML, get back a permanent URL, and share it with others. The main flow should feel fast and minimal, with a dark terminal style. Add a public page to view each post, plus a dashboard where a signed in user can manage their posts, API keys, and a way to generate an MCP access URL for AI tools.
