Build me a small Windows app that makes moving lots of files feel faster and simpler.

I want to be able to right drag folders or files in File Explorer, then see options like Move here and Copy here in the context menu, with a nice progress window while it runs. It should be much faster than normal Explorer when there are tons of small files, and it should handle same drive moves instantly by just renaming instead of copying everything again.

Please make it work like a normal Windows tool, with an installer and a portable version if that makes sense. If you need to check current Windows or Visual Studio docs while building it, go ahead. I’d like it to feel polished and lightweight, so it just does one job really well, moving and copying files without the usual waiting around.
