Build me a fast, beautiful terminal todo app in Python that feels polished and easy to use from the shell.

I want to be able to add tasks, list them, mark them done or undone, edit them, delete them, search them, and see stats and progress at a glance. It should support priorities, tags, subtasks, and simple status columns like to do, doing, and done. A nice interactive terminal dashboard would be great too, with keyboard controls for creating, editing, toggling, searching, and refreshing tasks.

Please also add export and import for backups, plus desktop notifications for overdue or long pending tasks. If possible, include Notion sync so I can push local tasks to a Notion page and pull them back later. Make it feel clean and modern in the terminal, and keep the commands simple and human friendly. If you need current docs for any library or integration, look them up online first.
