Build me an autonomous security reconnaissance platform for authorized testing.

I want a web dashboard where I can enter a target, start and stop recon scans, watch live progress, see discovered domains, ports, URLs, APIs, JavaScript findings, screenshots, and validation results, then export a clean report. It should have a Python backend with an API and live updates, plus a modern browser dashboard with pages for overview, recon scans, reports, library, and settings.

The system should coordinate multiple security agents for recon, fuzzing, scoring, analysis, and orchestration. It should integrate common recon tools like subdomain discovery, DNS checks, port scans, HTTP probing, crawling, directory brute forcing, API discovery, nuclei validation, browser automation, and out of band checks. Please include safe scope controls and approval steps so it’s clearly for permitted targets only.

Add persistence with Supabase if configured, optional Redis caching, Docker setup, health checks, tests, and exports like Markdown, SARIF, STIX, Neo4j, Maltego CSV, and HackerOne style reports. Look up current docs online if needed.
