Build me a web app where one text box changes into the right kind of card as you type, so plain text like dinner with Priya Friday 8pm on Zoom turns into an event, buy milk eggs and bread becomes a checklist, split 2400 between 3 becomes a split payment, and 25 min focus becomes a timer.

I want it to feel calm and polished, not jumpy, with the card only changing when it is pretty sure about what I mean. Let me save cards in the browser, click one to edit it, and use keyboard shortcuts like Enter to save, Esc to clear, and / to see all the card types.

It should work offline by default, but if I add an API key later it can use a smarter model and fall back to offline mode if that is unavailable. Keep the design clean and modern, and make sure the whole thing runs locally with a simple dev command.
