Build me a simple GitHub repo for tracking my LeetCode solutions.

I want it to be a clean collection of coding interview problems with one solution per problem, organized in a way that is easy to browse later. Make the README clear and minimal, with a short description of what the repo is for, and make the overall setup feel like something that could grow as I keep adding more solved problems.

Please keep it practical and lightweight, since this is mainly for storing and reviewing answers, not for making a big app. If there are any nice touches that make the repo easier to use, like a consistent naming style or a simple structure for adding new solutions, go ahead and include those. If you need anything current from the internet, look up the latest docs online first.
