Build me a privacy first PDF web app that runs completely in the browser, so files never get uploaded anywhere.

I want a clean modern site where someone can drag and drop a PDF, pick a tool, preview the result, and download the edited file. Include the main PDF tools from the README like merge, split, compress, protect and unlock, rotate pages, add page numbers, watermark, stamp, draw or highlight, OCR, convert PDF to JPG and JPG to PDF, PDF to Word, and a page organizer.

Make it feel polished and easy for normal people to use on desktop and mobile, with a simple home page, tool pages, and real time preview where it makes sense.
