Build me a working full stack app from this repo. I want a simple product where users can sign in, create and manage projects, upload or sync files, and view everything from a web app.

Please wire up the services so they actually work together, including the auth service, project service, sync service, and the file server. The frontend should be a clean Next.js app that can log in, show a dashboard, list projects, and let me create and update them.

If anything is unclear, use sensible defaults and keep the app easy to run locally. Please also make sure the setup is documented enough that I can start it without guessing, and if you need current library docs, look them up online.
