Build me a simple Todo app in Angular like the kind you’d use to practice the basics.

I want a clean page where I can add new tasks, see the list, mark tasks as done, and remove them when I’m finished. Keep it simple and easy to use, with a nice default layout and the usual Angular structure. If it makes sense, split the app into a few reusable components and use Angular best practices for state and form handling.

Please make sure it runs locally with the standard Angular dev server, builds successfully, and includes basic tests if they fit naturally. If you need to check anything current in the Angular docs, go ahead and look it up online. I’d like the final result to feel like a small but complete study project, not just a demo screen.
