Build me a modern desktop SQL client that feels clean and fast, with a strong focus on usability and productivity. I want it to work on Windows, Linux, and Mac, and support MySQL or MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and Firebird.

The app should let me keep multiple database connections open at once, browse and manage databases and tables, and edit things like indexes, foreign keys, views, triggers, routines, functions, and schedulers. I also want a nice tabbed workspace, a solid query editor with autocomplete and suggestions, query history, and a way to save queries, notes, or todo items.
