Build me a web app called Selaras.id for digital taaruf under Kemenag. I want it to help people look for a spouse in a safer, more structured, Islamic way, with different access for regular users, mediators, and admins.

Users should be able to register, log in, manage their profile, submit a taaruf request, and see whether it was accepted or rejected. Mediators should have their own dashboard to monitor and help manage taaruf submissions. Admins should be able to manage the whole system, including users and taaruf data.

Please make the interface clean, responsive, and easy to understand. Use Laravel with Blade, MySQL, Tailwind, and normal Laravel authentication. Include demo accounts for an admin and a regular user if possible. Keep the code organized in the usual Laravel MVC style, with migrations, models, controllers, routes, and views.
