Build me an open source starter repo of Claude Cowork plugins for knowledge workers. I want it to feel like a plugin marketplace that teams can copy, customize, and install in Claude Code or Cowork.

Create role based plugins for productivity, sales, customer support, product management, marketing, legal, finance, data, enterprise search, bio research, and plugin management. Each plugin should have simple markdown skills, slash commands, a plugin manifest, and connector settings for the common tools that role uses, like Slack, Notion, Jira, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Figma, BigQuery, PubMed, and similar.

Keep it file based and easy to understand. No backend app or complicated build process. The goal is that a manager or team lead can edit the markdown to add company terminology, workflows, and preferred ways of working.

Add a clear README that explains what plugins are, how to install one, how the folders work, and how to customize or create a new plugin.
