I want you to get this old hping3 project building cleanly on a modern Linux machine and make it easy to run from the command line.

It should let me send custom TCP and IP packets, get replies back like ping, handle fragmentation, and support the basic scanning and testing features described in the README. If there are example scripts in the docs or libs folders, please make sure they still work too.
