Build me a simple, polished email signature generator that regular people can use to make professional signatures for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and similar email apps.

I want a clean web app where someone can pick a template, fill in their personal and company details, upload or add an avatar or logo, choose fonts and colors, change avatar shape, add social icons, and include extra fields if they want. It should also support optional extras like a disclaimer and a call to action block. The main goal is that users can preview the signature live and then easily copy the final HTML to paste into their email client.

Please make it feel modern, friendly, and easy for non technical users. A few nice starter templates would help a lot. If image upload is supported, make it configurable with environment variables so it can work with hosted images too. Set it up so I can run it locally and test it.
