Build me a Rails API only task management app that uses PostgreSQL and feels ready for real use.

I want users to sign in with email and password, get a Bearer token, and then use the API to manage projects, tasks, profiles, and comments. There should be two roles, member and admin, with admins able to see and manage everything, while members can only work with their own projects, assigned tasks, own profile, and their comments. Projects should belong to a user, tasks should belong to a project, and tasks should support subtasks. Comments should work on both projects and tasks. Also add file uploads so users can attach profile images and tasks can have documents.
