Build me an interactive web app for exploring Databricks data.

I want a simple React frontend with a clean dashboard where I can pick a dataset, run queries with filters and basic aggregations, and see the results in tables and charts. The app should talk to a FastAPI backend, and the backend should use Databricks Connect so it can query Delta tables from Databricks instead of a local database. Please make the connection work with either OAuth client credentials or a personal access token, since I may use either one while developing.

It would be great if the app comes with a working example using a sample table like the nyctaxi trips data, plus a few reusable API endpoints for listing datasets and returning filtered results. Set it up so I can run everything locally, and if it’s easy, also make it work with Docker. Please keep it organized so the frontend and backend are separate, and make sure the backend can be tested on its own. If you need to check current Databricks docs, look them up online.
