Build me a native desktop app for Claude Code that feels like a real chat and coding workspace instead of a terminal.

I want it to run on mac, Windows, and Linux, with a fast modern interface, live streaming responses, and the ability to keep multiple sessions open at once. It should support background agents for planning, implementing, and reviewing work, plus a simple flow that can break bigger tasks into steps automatically. I also want visual file diffs, rollback for changes, session restore after crashes, and a clear display of usage limits and context so I don’t have to check commands all the time.
