apache/flink-agents ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple but real Apache Flink based agent framework that lets people run AI agents as streaming jobs.

I want the project to have a working Java core and a Python side too, with a clean way to build both from one command. Please make it feel like a starter framework, with a few examples that show how to define an agent, send it events, and process them in real time on Flink. It should also be easy to package and install so the Java build can produce a dist jar and the Python package can use it.

Make sure the repo has clear docs for getting started, building from source, and running a basic example locally. If anything depends on current Flink or Python docs, look them up online if needed. Also keep the structure friendly for contributors, since this looks like an open source Apache project and should be easy to extend for more agent use cases later.
