Build me a self hosted observability app for my team that feels like one place to watch everything. I want a web dashboard where I can add websites, APIs, servers, databases, network endpoints, and common services, then see real time health, uptime, metrics, and logs without installing an agent on every machine if possible.

It should let me set alert rules, group or silence noisy alerts, and send notifications through email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhook, and similar channels. I also want a simple public status page so we can share service health with customers. Please make it easy to add new monitor types through configurable templates instead of hardcoding everything, so custom checks are possible later.

If the project supports it, include the AI powered helper features for analysis or interaction, but keep the core monitoring and alerting solid first.
