apache/rocketmq ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple way to run Apache RocketMQ locally so I can test messaging on my laptop without a lot of setup.

I want to be able to start the main pieces, send a message, receive it, and see that everything is working. Please make it easy to launch with clear commands, and if Docker is the easiest path, use that too. Keep it friendly for someone who is not deep into messaging systems, and include whatever basic checks or logs I should look at when something fails. If there are any current docs or best practices that help with the setup, feel free to look them up online and use them. I’d also like a small example that shows publish and consume in a straightforward way, so I can verify the system end to end.
