I want to build a business intelligence and data visualization web app, basically an open-source alternative to a tool like Tableau or Looker. It should be a modern platform that lets my team explore our data and build dashboards.

The app needs to connect to pretty much any SQL database we use. A critical feature is having a no-code interface so that business users can easily create charts and explore data without writing code. At the same time, it must have a powerful, web-based SQL editor for our data analysts to run advanced queries.

I'm expecting a wide variety of nice-looking charts and visualizations, including geospatial maps. The main goal is to create beautiful, dynamic dashboards. The architecture should be scalable and cloud-native, using Python for the backend and a modern frontend framework like React.
