Build me a cloud native network automation and self healing app called NetPilot.

I want a working system that can detect network incidents, help diagnose them, and automatically take simple recovery actions when something breaks. It should have a backend that can process events, a dashboard where I can see incidents and status in a clear way, and some kind of agent or forwarder that handles incoming signals and test events. It should also include a small AWS friendly setup since this looks like it’s meant to work with cloud services and event driven workflows.
