Build me a clean personal code toolbox from this repo. It looks like a mixed collection of small examples and scripts in different languages like C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, Access, Lua, MQL, Assembly, and 1C, but there isn’t a real README explaining what anything is for.

Please organize it so a normal person can open the repo and understand what’s inside. Add a clear home page style README that explains the purpose, what each language folder contains, how to run or inspect the examples when that’s obvious, and what is still unknown. Don’t pretend everything is a polished app if it’s just snippets.

Clean up anything obviously broken or messy, keep the existing code and folder idea, add simple formatting rules where they fit, and make sure the repo feels intentional instead of like a random dump. If you need current language or tooling docs, look them up online.
