Build me a production ready GraphQL server package in TypeScript and JavaScript that follows a schema first approach and works well with Node apps.

I want it to be easy to spin up a standalone GraphQL server with a simple API, and also easy to plug into Express, with room for other common Node web frameworks too. It should support defining a schema and resolvers, start quickly, handle CORS and JSON body parsing, and work out of the box with a browser based GraphQL explorer so I can test queries right away.

Please make it feel like a real library that people can use in production, with clear docs, good defaults, and support for modern GraphQL setups like federated subgraphs and gateways if that fits. If you need to check the latest docs or patterns online, do that first.
