Build me an easy to use Claude Code configuration toolkit that helps people set up better AI coding workflows without having to understand all the details.

I want it to include a collection of ready made agents, skills, hooks, commands, rules, contexts, plugins, and MCP configs. The user should be able to browse what is included, copy or install the pieces they want into their Claude Code setup, and customize names or settings in a simple way. Please include examples and short plain English explanations so a non technical person can understand what each item is for.

It should feel like a practical productivity pack for software development and task automation, not just a pile of files. Add basic validation so broken configs are caught, and include a simple setup guide, troubleshooting notes, and contribution instructions. Use the existing JavaScript project style, and look up current Claude Code docs online if you need to.
