Build me a private AI app I can run locally or deploy for my team, where people can upload company knowledge and chat with it like an internal assistant. I want it to handle common files like PDFs, Word, spreadsheets, slides, markdown, images, audio recordings, plus website links and sitemap style imports, and ideally things like GitHub or Reddit content too. The answers should feel reliable and show source citations in a clean chat UI.

I also want an agent builder so I can create assistants with tools and API connections, plus a research mode for deeper investigation across documents and web content. Let users choose which model to use, either a hosted provider or a local model, and keep privacy in mind so it can be self hosted. Voice input and audio transcription would be great, and if possible include simple ways to embed the assistant in a site or connect it to chat apps.
