Build me a local first browser memory app that helps me turn what I browse into a searchable knowledge graph.

I want it to run in the browser, capture useful pages, extract entities and key ideas, and save them locally so I can search past research later with both normal text search and semantic search. It should feel like a browser side assistant where I can browse as usual, then look back at everything I have read and quickly find related pages, people, topics, and notes.

Please make the main experience simple and clean, with a place to view saved items, search them, and see connected concepts in an easy to understand way. If it makes sense, include a small plugin style SDK so the extraction and search parts can be extended later. Use the current docs online if you need to check any browser extension details.
