Build me a fresh ASP.NET Core app using the Clean Architecture approach from this repo, with the usual separate layers for domain, application, infrastructure, and the web app.

I want it set up as a real starting point for a new business app, with a simple sample feature already wired through end to end so I can see how the pieces fit together.
