Build me a personal dotfiles setup managed with Chezmoi, with encrypted secrets handled by age so I can keep SSH keys and API tokens in the repo safely. I want it to work across different machines like personal laptop, home, and office, so it should only install the right files and secrets for each machine and skip anything it cannot decrypt.

Set up Zsh as the main shell, with zgenom for plugins and a clean Powerlevel10k prompt. Also include sensible Git config, a hardened SSH setup, and gpg agent support so SSH auth works automatically. If it helps, look up current docs online for Chezmoi and the related tools.

I’d also like a small helper for loading secrets into the shell when needed, without leaving tokens sitting around permanently, and a place for AI coding assistant config and rules. Keep it opinionated, secure, and easy to apply on a fresh machine.
