Build me a private messenger app for iPhone and Android that works offline first and can talk over nearby Bluetooth mesh when there’s no internet.

It should let people send encrypted DMs, private group chats, public rooms, photos, videos, voice notes, and small files. I also want contact adding by QR code, a simple identity that lives only on the device, and a way to move everything to a new phone safely. Include a panic wipe option too.

When internet is available, it should be able to bridge to Nostr so messages can reach farther than Bluetooth range. I’d also like Cashu ecash payments built in, plus a basic way to pin signed bulletin posts and have messages store and forward when a route opens up later.
