Build me a simple full stack app called MLab that lets a user work with CSV data. I already have a frontend and backend folder, plus a couple of sample CSV files, so please use those as the starting point and make the app actually run.

I want a clean interface where someone can upload or view a CSV, see the rows in a table, and get a basic summary of the data. If it makes sense, add a way to search or filter rows and show simple counts or totals from the transactions data. Please wire the frontend to the backend so the data is really being fetched and not just mocked.

Set it up so I can run it easily with Docker Compose if possible, and make sure the project is usable after a fresh install. If you need to look up current docs or best practices while building it, go ahead and do that.
