argoproj/argo-cd ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a continuous deployment tool for Kubernetes that uses a GitOps workflow. The main idea is that it should watch a Git repository that holds all our application configurations. Whenever a developer pushes an update to that repo, the tool should automatically deploy those changes to our Kubernetes cluster to keep everything in sync.

The core of this should be a web UI that acts as a central dashboard. From there, my team needs to be able to see all of our applications, check their health, and see if the live version matches the configuration in Git. It should also show a history of deployments. If there's ever a problem, we need a way to manually sync an app or easily roll it back to a previous working version right from the UI. It should support deploying standard Kubernetes YAML files, as well as things like Helm charts and Kustomize.
