Build me a Chrome extension for GeoGuessr called CoordX Pro. I want it to automatically detect the Street View location as soon as a round loads and show the latitude and longitude, full address, country flag, and an interactive map with a marker. Make the UI a dark floating panel on top of the game that I can drag around, resize, minimize, collapse, and still use comfortably on mobile. Add an easy copy button for the coordinates too.

I also want a Place Guess button that can automatically put the marker on the GeoGuessr map, with accuracy choices like perfect, near, medium, far, very far, country, and random so it does not always look suspicious. It should work in both single player and multiplayer, detect when a new round starts, refresh the location automatically, and support auto placing in multiplayer rounds.
