Build me a beautiful terminal app that shows live system stats in a clean, colorful way.

I want it to monitor CPU, memory, disk, network, and running processes, with a polished text based interface that updates in real time and feels easy to use. Make it work well on Linux, macOS, and the BSDs if possible, and keep it fast and responsive even while it is collecting a lot of info.

Include a simple help screen with keyboard shortcuts, a few built in themes, and some configuration so the user can tweak how it looks. If the system supports it, show GPU information too. I’d also like the app to be easy to build from source and to have a nice desktop entry and man page.
