Build me a self hosted CRM for small businesses that can run in Docker and be ready quickly. I want a simple web dashboard where I can see leads in a table and a kanban style pipeline, add notes, set follow up reminders, track deal value, and assign leads to users.

It should be able to bring in leads from Facebook Lead Ads, accept webhook submissions from other tools, and let me add leads manually too. I also want email outreach built in, with support for sending through Outlook or Mailgun, plus a basic SMTP fallback if needed.

Please add a campaign area where I can filter leads, generate email copy with AI, and send blast or drip campaigns. Include reports for funnel progress, lead sources, pipeline value, and recent activity. Use a SQLite database and make sure data persists when the container restarts. Add a login for the dashboard, health check endpoint, and good defaults so I can spin it up locally and start using it right away.
