Build me a simple personal website for my coding journey called Arlingkin.

I want it to feel like a clean portfolio and learning site, with a home page and separate pages for About, Skills, Projects, Contact, and Stats. Keep it lightweight, easy to browse, and good on mobile. The style should feel friendly and modern, but not too flashy, since the whole idea is to learn to code without using AI and keep things simple.

Please make the main landing page introduce the site clearly and link to the other sections.
