Build me an internal AI knowledge assistant for our company docs.

I want a web app where each team can sign in with its own API key, ask questions in a chat, and get answers based only on our internal sources like Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and uploaded files. The chat should stream responses as they come in, and it should also let me switch between a normal answer, a technical decision explanation, and a debugging help mode.

I also need a Sources page where I can connect or configure the team docs, then click Sync to ingest them. It should keep track of what has already been processed so syncs can resume if they stop halfway through. Please include a simple login screen, a team name in the header after login, and a way to show the top sources behind an answer. If you need to check current docs or best practices while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
