Build me an AI resume analyzer web app where someone can upload a resume PDF, paste in a job description, and instantly see how well the resume matches it.

I want the app to extract the resume into structured sections like contact info, skills, education, experience, and projects, then give a clear ATS style score from 0 to 100. It should also show matched keywords, missing keywords, skill match, and simple suggestions for how to improve the resume before applying.

Make it feel polished and easy to use, with a modern dashboard, responsive layout, and light and dark mode. Use a React frontend, an Express backend to handle uploads and scoring, and a FastAPI service for parsing the PDF. If it makes sense, store upload metadata in MongoDB, but the app should still work even if the database is not available. Please keep the analysis deterministic and do not rely on external AI APIs.
