Build me a simple mobile app where I can take a photo of my meal, get a quick estimate of calories and macros, then edit anything that looks wrong. I want it to feel private and local first, so everything stays on the phone, with no account, no cloud sync, and no backend.

The only time it should talk to the internet is when it sends the food photo to an AI service using my own API key, and I want a way to paste that key in during setup or later in settings. If the key is missing, the app should still work as a manual food diary.

It should keep a daily log, show totals for the day, let me set goals, and calculate my targets from my profile. Make it easy to browse past days, add meals manually, and delete everything from the device if I want. Build it so I can run it in Expo Go and test it quickly.
