Build me a local web app that helps me study Instagram Reel scripts from any public creator, including my own account.

I want to paste in a username, pull in a batch of Reels, transcribe the speech, and automatically organize each Reel by topic, hook style, structure, emotional angle, and call to action. Then I want a simple dashboard where I can filter by topic and hook, compare engagement across similar Reels, read the transcript with the important parts highlighted, and open the original post.

Please make it work with my own API keys, using Apify for collecting the Reels and either Fireworks or Groq for transcription, then Jev for classification. Keep everything running locally, with a setup flow that is easy to follow, a status screen for connections, and a saved replay view so I can review results later without rerunning anything.
