Build me a web app for personal or small business financial control. I want something practical where a person can sign in, record income and expenses, organize transactions in a sensible way, and quickly see balances and simple summaries on a dashboard. It should feel like a real day to day money management system for the web, not a huge accounting suite.

Please keep it aligned with the code and setup that already exist in this repo, and make it easy to run locally, ideally with a straightforward Docker option for testing. Use a normal database setup and wire up the main screens so the app is actually usable end to end. If there are existing conventions, docs, or patterns in the project, follow those instead of reinventing things. You can look up the current project docs online if needed.
