Build me a self hosted AI gateway and dashboard that I can run locally with Docker, with a dark terminal style UI. It should let me connect multiple AI providers, manage keys and models, and automatically route requests with fallback and cooldowns so chats keep working even if one provider fails.

I want one main console where I can ask normal questions, run shell commands when I type something like $ before a command, and send task style requests to an autonomous agent when I type something like !. The agent should show live progress, keep a task history, and be able to use web search and page reading tools.

Also include admin pages for providers, models, routes, keys, storage, logs, and analytics, plus OpenAI compatible API endpoints for chat and model listing. Make it seed with realistic demo data on first run, use SQLite for storage, and make sure I can spin it up quickly with Docker and start using it right away.
