Build me a desktop style personal AI assistant called Ruru that feels like a real JARVIS companion.

I want it to chat naturally, listen through my microphone, wake up when I say Ruru, and speak back in a calm female voice. It should be able to open apps and websites, read and write files, and run simple shell commands when I ask. When it is listening or talking, I also want a little animated face in the browser that changes state and stays in sync with the voice.

Keep it simple to run on my laptop with Python, and make sure there is a text mode too in case the mic or avatar is not available. Use free services where possible, and make it easy to add my own API key in a local env file. If you need current setup details or docs for anything, look them up online and use the latest version.
