Build me a VS Code extension for Classic ASP and VBScript that makes old ASP pages feel much easier to work with.

I want it to format whole .asp, .inc, and .asa files cleanly, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, and SQL inside strings, and it should keep keyword casing consistent. It should understand #include files so go to definition, find references, and rename work across files, not just in the current page. It should also catch common mistakes like missing End If, missing Set, undeclared names when Option Explicit is on, broken includes, and calls with the wrong number of arguments. Add good syntax highlighting, hovers, and IntelliSense for built in objects and members, plus snippets to help insert common Classic ASP patterns quickly.

Make it work well in editors that use Open VSX too, and if you need current docs or behavior details, look them up online.
