Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a small Windows app that sits in the tray and comes alive when I leave my mouse alone for a bit.
When the computer is idle, little pixel ghosts should float up around the cursor and spooky decorations like pumpkins, graves, spiders, and skeletons should slowly pile up along the bottom of the screen. When I come back and move the mouse again, the ghosts should panic, grab the decorations, and run away. It should feel cute, spooky, and playful, not annoying, and it should never steal focus or block clicks.
I want a simple settings panel from the tray with options for how many ghosts show up, their size, their opacity, and how long the idle delay is. It would be great to include a test spawn button so I can see it right away. Also make it easy to add more ghost and prop art later by dropping in PNG files. If you need to check current Windows packaging or tray behavior docs, look them up online.
