Build me a clean personal portfolio website for a software developer using this template.

I want it to feel modern, responsive, and easy to customize. It should have sections for a short intro, about me, skills, GitHub projects, work experience, certifications, blogs, education, contact details, and a resume viewer. Please make the content driven from one main portfolio data file so I can easily change my name, links, experience, education, projects, and social profiles later without digging through the whole app.

Include a nice landing area, social media links, skill icons or images, and a contact section. If possible, connect GitHub info through a username and token so open source projects can show automatically. Also keep theme customization simple so I can change colors and the look without rewriting everything.

Set it up so I can run it locally with npm and later deploy it to GitHub Pages or Netlify. Look up current docs online if you need to.
