Build me a simple personal website and blog that feels fast, clean, and easy to read. I want it to be a static site with no backend, something I can host on GitHub Pages. The look should be minimal, with a nice sans serif default, an optional monospace reading mode, light and dark themes, and clear social links in the header or footer.
It should have a home page plus sections for blog posts, project entries, and paper notes. I want to be able to add new content by dropping in Markdown files, and drafts should stay hidden until I am ready to publish them. Please include basic SEO stuff like proper metadata and a sitemap, and make sure there is a built in search that works on the generated site without needing a server.
Keep the styling plain CSS and make the whole thing feel polished but not flashy. Set it up so my site title, author info, URL, and social accounts are easy to change in one place. Look up current docs online if you need to.
