I want this repo turned into a working self hosted Bitcoin trading bot I can actually try locally. It should let me connect to supported exchanges, run the built in technical analysis strategies, do paper trading, backtest on historical data, and use the web app that comes with it so I can watch what it is doing.

Please make the setup as simple as possible, ideally with Docker if that path already exists, and leave me with one clear way to start it up. Add or update a sample config so I know where to put API keys, how to choose an exchange and strategy, and how to switch between backtesting, paper trading, and real trading. Since the README says this project is no longer maintained, only make the fixes needed to get it running on a current machine and keep the original behavior. If anything is unclear, look up the old docs online and make sensible choices so a beginner can test strategies safely first.
