Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a Rust project for a portable runtime where small components run in a sandbox and talk to each other through typed interfaces, with no shared ambient access to files, network, or processes.
I want a command line app that can start and stop the runtime, show its status, list installed capsules, and keep state between runs. It should support loading component packages, wiring them together through a bus, and enforcing simple capability checks so a capsule only gets access to what it was explicitly given. Please make it work as a hosted runtime on Linux and macOS for now, not a bootable operating system.
Please include a clean way to define a capsule manifest, durable per user state, and a basic audit trail of important actions. If you need to look up current Rust or WebAssembly docs online, do that. Keep the design simple enough that I can run it locally and extend it later for agent style tools and services.
